Adam Gould, CEO. Adam comes to DockOn with more than 30 years of wireless and telecom industry experience. Previous to DockOn, he was Vice President of strategy at ARM, where he defined future business directions for ARM, before ARM’s acquisition by Softbank in 2016. Prior to ARM, Adam was CEO of Sensinode, an industry-leading provider of software for the Internet of Things (IoT). In this role, Adam led Sensinode through a product and business pivot to a strong customer pipeline, resulting in a successful acquisition by ARM in 2013. Before Sensinode, Adam worked at NextWave Wireless, as GM of the consumer products business unit and SVP for semiconductor Sales and Marketing. Prior to NextWave, Adam was CTO at Nokia, where he worked for 13 years. In this role, he led all CDMA technology development and strategy, and was part of the management team that grew Nokia’s revenue in the CDMA business, over a 12-year span, from zero to more than $1B in annual revenue. Early in his career, Adam developed all the DSP software for the first GSM phone, at Motorola. Adam holds more than 10 patents, and has degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Drexel University and MIT.

Antonio J. Viana, Chairman of the Board. Antonio J. Viana has an extensive background in the intellectual property space. Antonio retired from the executive team of ARM Holdings after spending 13yrs in a variety of executive and senior management roles. ARM Holdings was acquired in 2016 by Softbank Group for $32 billion. He was most recently ARM’s EVP and President of Commercial and Global Development, the most senior commercial executive. Under Antonio’s leadership, ARM reached record revenue levels. He was a critical piece to ARM’s rise as one of the most successful IP companies in the industry. In addition to his time at ARM, Antonio also has various sales and operational experience with Tensilica (now Cadence Design Systems), Hughes Aircraft, Encore Industries, and Silicon Graphics. Antonio also currently serves on the board of directors for Arteris Inc.

Jeffrey Belk, Board Director. Board Director of InterDigital Corporation, the Wireless Life Sciences Alliance, the U.C. San Diego Alumni Association and the San Diego Venture Group. He is also on the Advisory Boards of EvoNexus. Formerly, Board Director of Peregrine Semiconductor and Senior Vice President of Strategy and Market Development at Qualcomm.

Christopher Smith. Board Director. Chairman of The Law Debenture Trust Company of New York, Chairman of CG Asset Management Ltd, and Deputy Chairman of Allchurches Trust Ltd. Previously, Partner of Cazenove, MD Corporate Finance for J.P. Morgan Cazenove.

Michael Albisser. Board Director and CFO. Partner of Metellus, where is responsible for finance, tax and deal structure. Previously, CFO of the controlling unit of a multi-billion dollar Single Family Office in Europe. Extensive experience as a finance executive and Board of Director of VC-backed ventures.

Dr Alexandre Dupuy. Chief Technology Officer. Previously, Principal Engineer at Ethertronics and Senior RF Engineer at Rayspan Corporation. Prior engineering experience at Topanga Technologies, Xindium Technologies, and Centilium Communications. PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles and Université Nice Sophia Antipolis.

Dr Forrest J. Brown. Inventor and Chief Scientist. Former NASA engineer with 40 years of experience in RF and hundreds of patents
